In the past I was able to redeem for cash as was promised when I signed up for the Premium Cash Back credit card but there seems to be no way to redeem as cash anymore.
This experience is not because I need to “clear my cookies” or it’s something related to my browser. Unless ICCU changes something when you speak to them, any user attempting to redeem as cash will be unable to.
